DecemberHill International has been awarded a contract to provide project management consultancy (PMC) services. Through the PMC contract, Hill will manage the design workload, construction, project controls, logistics, and the client’s objectives. In addition, Hill will determine the most suitable and practical means of delivering the projects, including tenants, in a suitable timeframe while maintaining the highest standard of health, safety, security, and environment.

JuneClient has received expressions of interest to deliver the main contract for its planned Al-Nahdah entertainment complex. Prequalification submissions have been completed last week for the 85,600 square metre (sq m) project, located on a 134,800 sq m plot close to Exit 15 in the city. Schematic design work is understood to be under way for the project and is due to complete by the third quarter 2021. Attractions planned for the mall, expected to have a leasable area of about 79,283 sq m, include a water park, a snow park and a cinema hall.
