As per the agreement, K&A will design the project according to international healthcare standards, and meeting all Leed (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) best practice sustainability requirements. Subject to authority approvals, the design phase is likely to be completed in December 2021, with construction expected to take 11 months.
