JuneMussad Al-Mutairi & Partner Company has been awarded the main contract worth SAR 34.9 million. The contract scope includes executing important infrastructure work such as road networks, water, irrigation, sewage, firefighting and lighting, in addition to linking them to the smart infrastructure implemented in the project area. The agreement has a term of 12 months, which starts from July 2021. As part of the project’s preparations, the client assigned the supervision of infrastructure works to a consultant to ensure the quality of work. Client has also assigned an accredited consultant to review the project’s masterplan and ensure that the required technical and engineering standards are followed, as per the Special Economic Cities and Zones Authority’s technical and engineering requirements.
