MarchThe local Saudi Real Estate Infrastructure Company (Binyah) has been awarded a SR356m ($95m) contract for infrastructure work on this scheme. The contract secured by Binyah, which is a subsidiary of Saudi Real Estate Company, involves building a road bridge together with other roads, utilities and earthworks for the project. Contractors have also been invited to prequalify for building work on the project that includes a museum, iconic office building, and a conference centre.
