NovemberThe main package is expected to be tendered early 2021. Bid submission and evaluation activities are expected to require around six months to complete. Design and early construction works are being carried out in tandem. Secondary infrastructure works, such as site surveys and preparation, are under way.

JanuaryClient is awaiting approvals from Jeddah Municipality for the residential project, which has a total area of 13,200 hectares. Sumou is tasked with implementing studies, designs, development of infrastructure and superstructures, marketing and sales for the residences. The project’s main package is expected to be tendered in early 2021.
