DecemberA total of five bidders have submitted proposals for the main contract. Saudi based construction Company, Al-Saleh & Massoud Co. For Trading & Con (ASAMCO) has submitted the lowest bid of SAR 38,871,900. The Contractor shall perform on Lump sum turnkey basis, the design, engineering, materials procurement, quality management, factory inspection/testing, transport and delivery to site, installation, construction, site inspection, testing and commissioning, all associated work and services until final handing over of work in a satisfactorily working and operating condition. Contractor needs to achieve the final acceptance of the works by 24 months from Contract Signing Date.
