JuneContractors are preparing to submit bids for the tunnel in July 2023. The prospective bidders for the contract include Abuljadayel Company, Acciona, Bessac, Binladin Contracting, Daewoo, Dogus, Hassan Allam, Petrojet, Saudi Pan Kingdom Company, Shanghai Tunnel Engineering Company and Soletanche Bachy.

AugustNeom has asked bidders to submit revised offers by 28 August 2023. The project is now in the post-tender clarification stage. The project, also known as the Neom industrial city connector (NICC) depot.
