AprilContractors are preparing to submit bids at the end of April 2021 for a contract to complete building work on this project. The 12-month design and build contract involves the construction of a variety structures on the island. They will include 420 residential units, luxury hotels, a retail plaza, restaurants, a gold club, sports centre, and a yacht club and a marina. A golf course will be built on the island under a separate contract. The local Huta Marina has been awarded the contract to complete the marine works for the island.
